Restaurant Sokolovna
Description
The restaurant Sokolovna is mainly characterized by quality Czech ready-made cuisine.
At lunch time, i.e. from 10 am to 2 pm we offer 10-15 types of melas from 50 to 100 CZK and 2 types of soup. Each meal
can be adapted to those who eat smaller (half portions), normal and even larger portions. We cook a wide range of meals from
2 pm. On the tap we have: Pilsen 12 °, Gambrinus Excellent 11 °, Velkopopovicky Kozel 10 °, non-alcoholic Radegast Birel
and Kofola lemonade. The specialties of the cuisine is traditional Monday tripe soup and occasionally pig slaughtering (dark
soup, blood saussage, tripe saussage, black saussage meat, etc.).
Restaurant capacity is: bar - 20 seats, dining room - 50 seats. The dining room is also used for various corporate parties,
weddings, funerals or meetings. The interior of the restaurant is adapted to the original style. On the second floor of the
building, there is another bar in the hall for about 500 people. There are held balls, larger corporate events, banquets and
music performances. The kitchen is designed for up to 500 meals. We also cook lunches for various companies in Blatná, prepare
banquets and devote ourselves to training apprentices in the field of cook-waiter. Some of them became part of our permanent
staff.
